SKF Development purchased the building at 55 Ipswich Road Woolloongabba in late 2022 and since then has been our headquarters for our property development team. The building has also been home to Laserforce Brisbane for many decades and if you have been in Brisbane long enough you may have had a game or two here before. The building is fully leased now and we are excited to see the Woolloongabba area transform over the medium and long term.
